  • Thanks for joining us this afternoon. Be sure to check back shortly for a full match report, reaction from both managers as well as the draw for the quarter-finals.

  • FT: It's all over at Goodison Park and Everton are into the quarter finals of the FA Cup after seeing off Swansea with a 3-1 win. Second-half goals from Steven Naismith and Leighton Baines proved to be the difference after Jonathan de Guzman had cancelled out Lacina Traore's opener. 3-1.

  • Robles is almost caught out with a short back-pass which he just about manages to get his foot to and clears up field.

  • Everton clear the resulting corner. We are into the first of a minimum of four minutes added time at the end of this second half.

  • Swansea win a corner which de Guzman will deliver after Hernandez played it off Baines' legs. Swansea aren't throwing too many players forward but there is likely to be a decent amount of stoppage time added on.

  • Everton have used all three of their substitutes but Steven Naismith is leaving the pitch with a head injury sustained in an earlier collision. The hosts will play the final few minutes with 10 men.

  • Everton make their final change of the afternoon as Gerard Deulofeu replaces Kevin Mirallas.

  • Jose Canas and Leroy Lita are both booked following the latter's challenge on McCarthy.

  • There are a few strong challenges flying in now as Lita catches McCarthy inside the Everton half. There's a brief altercation between a couple of players but it seems to be under control by Kevin Friend.

  • Amat clatters Naismith again. There seems to be a bit of bad blood between those two, or certainly on the part of the Swansea defender at least. It appears to be a case of winding down the clock now for Everton.

  • Everton are considering a change with Gerard Deulofeu warming up. Naismith is back on his feet though.

  • Jordi Amat is booked for a cynical challenge on Naismith, blatantly blocking off the striker with his shoulder.

  • Naismith is down clutching his face after being clattered by Amat who he had got the better of with a smart piece of skill. There will be a brief break in play while Naismith receives treatment.

  • Swansea are mounting a bit of pressure but are yet to really trouble the Everton defence this second half.

  • Naismith has gone down in the box under the close marking of Canas. The referee intervenes and Mirallas can eventually get his corner in. Jagielka meets it but he's on his back foot and he glances a header well wide.

  • Naismith picks out Mirallas down the left flank and he wins a corner off the legs of Amat. Mirallas will take.

  • Barry picks out Mirallas in space on the right, he cuts inside of Taylor before losing out but Everton's attack continues as they camp in the Swansea half.

  • Swansea did have a free-kick in a relatively attacking position as Jagielka brought down Lita. It was played short and the move came to nothing. They've just lacked that killer touch in the final third.

  • Everton are cruising now as they knock the ball across the back four. Swansea look as though they are consigned to defeat.

  • It's hard to see any way back for Swansea after that. They can't have too many complaints about the penalty decision after the ball rebounded into Naismith's path, leaving the defence in trouble and Richards just clipped him with a late challenge. Baines never looked like missing and Everton look set to secure their place in the quarter finals.
