  • The game ends with the tireless Cazorla winning Arsenal a goal kick. The star of the show has been Ramsey whose brace confirms Arsenal's path into the Champions League group stage once more. The draw will be made on Thursday afternoon so join us for that but in the meantime check the site for reaction to this straightforward Arsenal win.

  • Wilshere finds Cazorla in space and, in what may be the game's last chance, he fires wide from range.

  • Ramsey has now left the field so Arsenal will end the game with 10 men on the pitch. It appears his earlier yellow was given for leaving the pitch injured and returning to it without permission. And yet a bodycheck...

  • Cazorla does well again - he's had a superb game - but his hard work is wasted by Jenkinson who blasts over from range.

  • Wilshere almost produces the perfect answer to the kicking he's received as Jenkinson finds him in space. However, a poor first touch forces him inside onto his right foot and the shot he produces is straight at the keeper.

  • Another foul, this time on Miyaichi. As I wrote a short while ago, the key for Arsenal here is to keep out of trouble if they can because challenges are flying in.

  • Wilshere is fouled twice in the space of two seconds and Gokhan goes in the book. Neither was an attempt to win the ball and these aren't tactics you want to see from a side who've been outclassed but have played fairly until now.

  • Goal kick for Arsenal as a long ball goes behind. The sting has left this game, bar the sting in Wilshere's shoulder.

  • Cazorla's free kick is straight into the wall and allows Alves to clear. Decide for yourselves when you see the highlights but how he escaped a yellow for a professional foul there baffles me. Wilshere, the victim, was himself booked for a genuine attempt to win the ball earlier.

  • Sanogo finds Miyaichi but his cross is cleared by Meireles. Neither of the pair have had much of a say here. Then, Alves produces a rugby challenge on Wilshere which is remarkably not a yellow. It was a body check in front of the referee and I am astonished.

  • Arsenal will do well to keep out of trouble for the closing minutes. Fenerbahce aren't holding back so playing the ball into feet in enclosed spaces may not be wise.

  • Meanwhile Sow (83) makes way for Topuz. Sow was certainly the biggest threat for the visitors. Wilshere is back on.

  • Wilshere is down for a considerable time which is not good news with the Spurs game on the horizon. Eventually he walks off - Arsenal have no changes left, will they cope without him for the final few minutes?

  • If there is a threat it's aerial but Sagna does well to get to a cross before Szczesny strides out to collect. Worrying for Arsenal, Wilshere is down and has been since that knock two minutes ago.

  • Potuk leads a Fenerbahce break after Jenkinson loses possession but there's no vibrancy to these counters now and Arsenal reorganise quickly.

  • Alves goes in late on Cazorla but the ball is gone before Wilshere is fouled by Selcuk. Both Fenerbahce men lucky to escape a booking there.

  • The Arsenal faithful (does that still count if they bring banners of discontent?) are in full cry now as their team stride towards another Champions League campaign.

  • Yellow card for Meireles (78) who concedes a free kick midway inside his own half. He'd been asking for that with those two handballs.

  • It was probably 30 yards on reflection and it's a fine effort in terms of the strike, one which dips in front of Szczesny who does well to collect cleanly.

  • Wilshere can't believe he's penalised for a foul on Emenike but it was a shade overzealous and Alves will have another chance to shoot from 25 yards.
