  • Chelsea's six-match unbeaten run is brought to an end after an impressive Newcastle display. The Blues dominated the first-half and might have led with John Terry hitting the bar with a header and having another cleared off the line. But the hosts were a different side after the break and well-worked goals from Yoan Gouffran and Loic Remy gave them a deserved three points to leave the home fans singing in the North East rain.

  • Late corner for Chelsea taken by Oscar but Krul gathers right underneath his crossbar.

  • Eto'o has a shot from the edge of the box blocked by Mbiwa before he blasts the follow up over the bar to the delight of the home fans.

  • We will have a minimum of five minutes added time.

  • Remy is booked for taking his shirt off as he celebrated his goal.

  • GOAL! Newcastle won the ball back with Obertan playing in Anita whose cross is pulled back for Remy and he curls the ball in from virtually on the penalty spot with keeper Cech rooted to the spot.

  • Remy jinks his way to the edge of the box but has his shot blocked by Terry.

  • Some fans are heading for the exits which seems strange with the game still on a knife-edge.

  • Ivanovic holds the ball up on the edge of the box and lays it off to Oscar who picks out Hazard who screws a shot wide from the edge of the box.

  • Sissoko whips in a superb cross that Luiz does well to get over his own bar under pressure from Remy.

  • Newcastle's final change sees goalscorer Gouffran replaced by Gabriel Obertan.

  • Ivanovic is penalised for a foul on Mbiwa and Newcastle will take their time over the resulting free kick.

  • Newcastle are defending superbly and are also winning the midfield battle which was not the case in the first half.

  • It looks as though we are going to get a grandstand finish as the rain gets heavier.

  • Ivanovic gets in a cross which is met by Schurrle but he heads wide under pressure from Debuchy.

  • Wonder save by Krul sees him keep a point-blank volley from Willian who was no more than eight-yards-out, before Debuchy throws himself in the way of Eto'o's follow up.

  • Cisse wins the ball just inside the Chelsea half and releases Remy down the left, but his shot from 20 yards lacks power and Cech makes the save.

  • Debuchy puts in a deep cross aimed for Cisse whose control lets him down and Chelsea have a goalkick.

  • Ramires is booked for dissent.

  • Ivanovic swings over a dangerous cross but Mike Williamson heads clear.
