Dawson agrees Scunthorpe deal
Defender Andy Dawson has agreed a new one-year contract to continue as player/coach at Scunthorpe.
Dawson, who moved to Glanford Park from Hull last summer, will focus mostly on his coaching duties next season but will remain available as a player should his experience be required.
The 35-year-old made 22 appearances for the Iron during the 2013/14 campaign as they won promotion to Sky Bet League One.
Of the Iron players out of contract and offered new deals, Dawson is the last to commit his future to the club this summer.
