England Under-20s needed a late equaliser from Alex Tchuimeni-Nimely to stave off defeat against Uzbekistan - but still crashed out of the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Egypt at the group stage.

The Manchester City youngster produced a fierce left-footed finish from a narrow angle with two minutes remaining to spare England's blushes after Ivan Nagaev's 77th-minute breakaway opener.

There was drama in stoppage time as England goalkeeper Elliott Parrish, upfield for a corner, lashed a right-footed effort over the bar from eight yards when presented with the chance to keep his side in the tournament.
