A spectacular construction built into the Monte Castro hillside
overlooking the Cavado river valley on the northern edge of one of the Iberian
peninula's oldest cities.
The Braga Municipal has seating sections on either
side of the pitch but each end of the stadium is hemmed in by a natural, rocky
amphitheatre.
