Eighteen goals in Banik Ostrava's title triumph helped Heinz secure his place in the Czech squad despite playing just 67 minutes of their qualifying campaign.
Despite his excellent record in club football, Heinz will almost certainly not start for his country in Portugal - such is the quality they possess in midfield and attack.
Happy either up front or on the left flank, the 26-year-old broke a three-game international goal drought by netting against Canada in November but when the squad was named that remained his only goal for his country.
