Bournemouth remain top of Coca-Cola League Two despite suffering a first home loss of the season as second-placed Rotherham conceded a stoppage-time leveller.

The Millers were on course to climb above the Cherries at the top of the standings after Adam Le Fondre's 11th-minute opener - his ninth of the season - but substitute Gavin McCallum struck a stoppage-time equaliser to earn 20th-placed Hereford a 1-1 draw at Don Valley Stadium.

It was the former Yeovil forward's first Bulls goal and saw Ronnie Moore drop his first points since returning to the dugout at Rotherham.

Drew Talbot scored twice as Chesterfield beat Bournemouth 2-1 at Dean Court to rise to ninth in the standings. Talbot's first was from close range and his second from the edge of the area and the Spireites clung on despite Danny Hollands' 75th-minute goal for the hosts.

Steve Staunton's debut as Darlington manager ended in defeat as Dagenham scored twice in two first-half minutes in a 2-0 success.

Danny Green and Josh Scott netted for the Daggers as former Republic of Ireland boss Staunton's first club management role began in a loss which sees the Quakers languishing six points adrift at the foot of the Football League.

It was Dagenham's seventh win of the season, taking them level with Rotherham in second place.

Chris Dagnall and Tom Kennedy, with a penalty, were on target as Rochdale beat Barnet 2-1.

It was Dale's fifth win in six games as Keith Hill's men climbed to fourth in the table.

John McCombe's header earned Port Vale their first away win of the season in League Two, with a 1-0 defeat of Shrewsbury, who had Graham Coughlan sent off.

Crewe held on for a 3-2 win at Bradford after Calvin Zola's first-half double.

Michael Boulding halved the deficit, but Steven Schumacher then extended the lead and Bradford's second from James Hanson was ultimately in vain.

Adebayo Akinfenwa scored his first goal since August as Northampton came from behind to snatch a 2-2 draw at Bury. David Worrall and Ryan Lowe had put the Shakers 2-0 up before Courtney Herbert and Akinfenwa replied.

Grimsby, in 22nd place, suffered an eighth loss of the season, falling to a 2-1 defeat at home to Burton, who scored through Andrew Corbett and Jimmy Phillips.

Bobby Grant scored twice in six second-half minutes as Accrington romped to a 4-0 defeat of Cheltenham.

Chris Turner and Phil Edwards, with a penalty, were also on target.

Lincoln won 1-0 at Macclesfield courtesy of Rene Howe's penalty winner, while Aldershot thrashed Morecambe 4-1.

Marvin Morgan, an own goal from Craig Stanley, Kirk Hudson and Louis Soares accounted for Shots' strikes, before Paul Mullin's consolation.
