Southend boss Steve Tilson has urged his relegated team to make the most of their final Championship game of the season at Southampton on Sunday.
The Shrimpers need a win to ensure they do not finish bottom of the table with basement side Luton only two points behind and boasting a superior goal difference.
Southampton, however, will be playing for a place in the play-offs and Tilson believes the pressure will be very much on the hosts.
He told the club's official website: "We've tried to get the players to enjoy the last few games, to keep the pressure off them, but it's been difficult.
"Southampton have everything still to play for, they need a win to make sure they get in the play-offs so it will be a tough game.
"But there's no pressure on us any more so we can go down there, play our game and try to enjoy it."
