New Millwall signing Gavin Grant has revealed he uses former Lion Neil Harris as an inspiration.

The pair were together at Gillingham last season, and Grant, 22, admitted he learned much from Harris, who was at Millwall from 1998 until 2004.

"I had to look at the senior professionals around me," Grant told Millwall's official website. "Players like Neil Harris and Darren Byfield coached me and pointed me in the right direction."
