Luton defender Kevin Foley is keen for boss Kevin Blackwell to bring in experienced players as he plans for their campaign in League One.
Blackwell has already spoken of his desire to bring in battle-hardened campaigners for the 2007/08 season, and the 22-year-old supports that view.
Foley said: "The manager has said he wants to bring new faces in, and add a bit more experience to the squad.
"We have a young squad, but I think the gaffer will look to balance it out and help the younger lads along.
"Even though I am still young, I feel as though I am an older player. I have been here for four years, so I will be trying to use my experience next year to help the younger players."
