Former Leeds director Simon Morris wants to set up a website to get the club's long-suffering fans' views on how best to bring the glory days back to Elland Road.
Property entrepeneur Morris this week tabled a £10million offer to buy Leeds together with a further £25million cash injection to bring financial stability to the club, which has debts of £35million.
Morris, recently named among the top 10 richest people under 30 in Britain with a fortune estimated at £69million, said: "I am a Leeds fan and I have a soft spot for this great club.
"I know the supporters will come up with ideas for getting Leeds United back on track. We want to hear from them and learn from them."
Morris claims to be in tune with supporters and wants to tap into their ideas for restoring the club to it's former status.
The 29-year-old added: "We are going to set up a communications site so they can get their thoughts and schemes across."
Morris, chief executive of Leeds-based property developers SR Morris Group, plans to develop land around Elland Road and build a new stadium as part of a £400million entertainment complex.
Leeds went into administration with debts of £35million last Friday following a winding-up order issued by the Inland Revenue, who are owed £5million in unpaid taxes.
The business was, with the administrators' approval, almost immediately bought by a new company, Leeds United Football Club Limited, of which Ken Bates is a listed director.
But the sale is subject to approval by the club's creditors at a meeting later this month and also by the Football League, while SR Morris and other consortia are aiming to ambush Bates' plans to resume control of the club.
Morris was the leading shareholder in the Yorkshire consortium that were in charge at Elland Road for 10 months from March 2004.
Rival interest has emerged from football entrepreneur Duncan Revie, the son of former manager Don. Revie claims to be involved with a consortium based in the Middle East and confirmed today that he would launch a takeover bid provided he could find a manager with "genius" to recreate the success produced by his father at Elland Road.
