Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll has confirmed his interest in Wolves striker Sam Vokes and Estonia international Sander Puri.
Rovers have been decimated by injuries in recent weeks with nine first-team players currently ruled out through injury or suspension and O'Driscoll, who dismissed links with Jon Stead and Owen Garvan, is keen to boost his squad.
He told the Doncaster Free Press: "Stead and Garvan are not really on our radar because of the cost involved.
"Our interest in Vokes is well known but there are four or five other clubs who have made enquiries and again it's down to money.
"We've had the Estonian lad watched and spoken to his agent but he's not out of contract yet as we first thought.
"The next step may be to bring him over for a trial but we're monitoring the situation and it's on-going."
