Wales remain hopeful Cardiff winger Joe Ledley will be fit to play some part in their forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against Finland and Liechtenstein.
The 22-year-old is set to undergo a scan on a hip injury that saw him play only 11 minutes as a substitute in the Bluebirds' 4-0 win over Watford on Saturday, having missed the midweek hammering of Derby altogether.
He will be assessed by the national team's medical staff when he meets up with the squad on Tuesday - as will his club-mate, Wales Under-21 full-back Adam Matthews, who has a bruised foot.
No additional players have been placed on standby, with any replacement for Ledley likely to step up from the Under-21 squad.
Wales take on Finland in Helsinki on Saturday in World Cup Qualifying Group Four before travelling on to Liechtenstein for next Wednesday's clash.
John Toshack's side lie fourth in the group and cannot qualify for next summer's finals in South Africa.
