France's female sprinters snatched gold from hosts Germany on the final day of
the European Championships in Munich.
The quartet clocked 42.46 seconds, with Odiah Sidibe overcoming a deficit on
the final leg to clinch victory in a damp Olympic Stadium.
The Germans, with just one gold medal to their name so far, finished in
42.54secs with Russia taking bronze in 43.11.
