Under Ricky Ponting's leadership the right-arm fast bowler has added control to his undoubted raw pace - essential in the one-day game where his habit of conceding
far too many runs meant he was often left out in the cold. In his defence, Lee had been encouraged by Steve Waugh to wind up and let fly.
He may now be a couple of yards slower, but he's all the better for it.
Was left out by Australia for the first two Ashes Tests, but came back in at the WACA and showed his class on the fastest strip of the entire summer.
Superb cricketer who is more than respectable with the bat as well.
