Nasser Hussain - excellent captain.

A self-absorbed, highly-strung cricketer in his younger days, Hussain has evolved into one of England's finest captains.
His superb man-management skills have seen him compared favourably to Mike Brearley, and his tactical astuteness and willingness to experiment go a long way to masking what is a moderately talented squad.
Though more of a cajoler and encourager than a disciplinarian, Hussain is not averse to handing out the occasional rollicking - even if it happens to take place in front of the television cameras.
His critics claim he lacks the improvisational skills required of a man occupying the number three batting spot in limited-overs cricket, with the dissenting voices at their loudest during the NatWest Series.
But there is no better example of Hussain's attitude than the fact he struck his maiden one-day century in the final against India, following it up with a three-fingered salute aimed at certain members of the press box.
