Another veteran of the 1999 World Cup in England, batsman Alpesh Vadher impressed in scoring 54 against Zimbabwe and an unbeaten 73 against Sri Lanka.
Both those innings came from the lower middle order, but in his last outing he was used in the number three spot.
Although he has a reasonable average his strike rate is a little over 50 runs per 100 balls, and it will be interesting to see how Kenya best utilise his skills.
