One of the more experienced players in the Bangladesh squad Habibul Bashar, also known as Sumon, is a fine batsman with a Test match century to his name.
He has also hit six half-centuries in one-day international cricket, although in his last outing was bowled for a golden duck by West Indian quick Vasbert Drakes.
But he remains a key component of the team's batting line-up, although like most of the top order will need to improve on a poor strike rate.
