Once regarded as Zimbabwe's most promising cricketer, Douglas Hondo is starting to live up to that reputation with his performances.
The 23-year old has already taken 21 one-day international wickets in just 13 matches, with a best of 4/37 against India where his victims included Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman.
However he has proved expensive conceding more than six runs per over so far, and he will need to improve on that.
