Also known as Queen's Park, the Grenada National Cricket Stadium has developed rapidly from a basic ground to an international-standard stadium in time for the World Cup.
Grenada has benefited greatly from outside investment in the run-up to the World Cup, and the $5million cricket stadium is part of a complex that also features a football and athletics ground.
The nearby St George's University is now home to the West Indies Cricket Academy.
