England's batting was blown away again by Mitchell Johnson, Ryan Harris and Peter Siddle - who picked up three wickets each - as they mustered just 155 to hand Australia a 171-run first-innings lead.

And Chris Rogers' unbeaten 73 helped Australia extend that lead to 311 runs by reaching 140/4 at stumps on a pitch offering plenty of assistance to the bowlers.

England are now 10/1 for a consolation victory with the draw right out at 33s.

Rogers is even money to be the next man out in the morning, with George Bailey 8/11.

Australia's second-innings runs line is set at 5/6 either side of 295.5. Alastair Cook and Kevin Pietersen are 100/30 joint-favourites to top-score in England's pursuit of what looks sure to be another giant fourth-innings target.

Ian Bell is 7/2, Michael Carberry 9/2 and Ben Stokes - top-scorer in the first innings with 47 - 7/1.
