Hogan, on course to become the first Glamorgan bowler in a decade to take more than 100 wickets in a summer across all formats, recorded career-best first-class figures of seven for 92 against Gloucestershire at Bristol in his maiden county season.
The 32-year-old said: "I'm really pleased to extend my contract with Glamorgan.
"I hope to improve my game again next year, because the first season is always a learning curve in a new environment."
