New Zealand pair ruled out
Injuries have ruled Ian Butler and Grant Elliott out of New Zealand's side for Saturday's Twenty20 match against England in Auckland.

Pace bowler Butler suffered an ankle injury in the first New Zealand XI warm-up match against England, while all-rounder Elliott has a quad strain.
As a result of the withdrawals, James Neesham has been called up for the match at Eden Park.
The 22-year-old Otago Volts all-rounder was part of the New Zealand side which claimed an historic ODI series victory in South Africa last month.
Black Caps physiotherapist Paul Close said: "I'm confident that both Ian and Grant will be available for the second Twenty20 match in Hamilton on Tuesday night."
