Despite failing again with the bat, Cook is Sky Bet's 3/1 favourite to top-score for England in the second innings.
Kevin Pietersen is a 7/2 chance, with Ian Bell, England's top-scorer in the first innings with 72, next in the betting at 4/1.
Michael Carberry, who was next best behind Bell in the first innings with 60, is also 4/1.
Johnson is 13/8 to take most second-innings wickets for Australia after his seven in the first innings.
