Centuries from captain Michael Clarke and vice-captain Brad Haddin propelled Australia to 570/9dec, and there was still time for Mitchell Johnson to remove Alastair Cook before stumps. England are right out to 25/1, while it's 5/4 that the tourists manage to escape with a draw.

Michael Carberry and new number three Joe Root showed some fight to reach stumps on a total of 35/1, and they're now 3/1 and 7/2 respectively in a top-batsman market headed by 11/4 chance Kevin Pietersen.

Root and Carberry are both 5/6 to be next man out, while Johnson is 6/4 to be Australia's leading wicket-taker in England's first innings.

England's over/under runs line is pitched at the follow-on figure, with 5/6 available either side of 370.5.
