Jenny Gunn led the way with five wickets, while Natalie Sciver claimed a hat-trick as England claimed a second successive victory against the Kiwis.
England had posted 125 for eight, with opener Danni Wyatt weighing in with 37 off 37 balls, Sciver chipping in with 23 and Holly Colvin smashing a key 16 not out off nine balls. Morna Nielsen and Sian Ruck claimed two wickets apiece for the White Ferns.
The score had looked a little way short of a winning target, though, as the New Zealand top order got off to a solid start.
However from 102 for four, New Zealand lost their last six wickets for just four runs - with Gunn and Sciver doing the damage.
Gunn finished with five for 18, while Sciver claimed the scalps of Maddie Green, Erin Bermingham and Frances Mackay in successive deliveries en route to figures of four of 21.
