| History Turkey made its F1 debut last year on a spectacular new all-purpose 5.378km track at the Otodrom. The track is the brainchild of Herman Tilke, also responsible for fellow new boys Sepang, Bahrain and Shanghai. The circuit features 14 turns and cars are expected to reach speeds of up to 320 km. The race will be only the third on the calendar where the lap runs anti-clockwise. The circuit should have plenty of character as it's built on four different ground levels. Overtaking opportunities could be at a premium.
