It's the usual format for BAGS cards today with Hall Green (11.26 to 1.33)
and Brough Park (11.34 to 1.44) providing the lunchtime action.
Hove (1.48
to 5.58) and Perry Barr (1.58 to 6.04) stage fourteen races apiece for the
afternoon session while Swindon (6.11 to 8.22) and Sunderland (6.22 to 8.13)
suply the late action.
For this week's Wednesday BAGS banker we're looking to the 2.27 at Hove
where Nadys Lady (T4) is sure to be a warm order. Derek Knight's bitch, who
was touched off close home on her latest start in similar A6 class, is
reaching peak form after seasonal rest and must be followed in the coming
weeks.
Not for the first time, and surely not the last, there's no open races
being featured at our tracks on a Wednesday evening so we look to the
Sunderland BAGS session (first eight races live in the betting shops) in our
relentless search for winners.
Our first selection goes in the third race which is an A3 contest over the
standard 450-metre course. Hawk Queen (T4 6.56) gets the nod to score what
would be an overdue victory having proving costly to follow in recent times.
She is still young (Aug 2002 whelp) and keen with potential to reach top
grade once she's become a bit more track clever.
The following race can go to Bingoingmad (T6 7.11). This strong-finishing
seed has been a beaten Favourite on his last three starts but has had
excuses on each occasion.
If able to turn the corner in a handy position
then we're pretty confident he can pick this field off from thereonin.
