Rose had entered the contest as a heavy underdog, despite having won 11 successive bouts since suffering the only defeat of his career, but had no answer to Andrade's superior hand speed.
The undefeated southpaw downed the challenger with a straight left hand in the first round, and the Englishman was on the canvas for a second time in round three courtesy of a counter right hook from the American.
The onslaught continued, and referee Michael Griffin put a bloodied Rose out of his misery at 1:19 in the seventh as Andrade - a standout at amateur who has gone on to enjoy success in the paid ranks with now 21 wins from as many fights - wrapped things up in impressive style.
