The WBO lightweight champion and his American challenger both hit the weight at the first time of asking in Glasgow.

Crawford, who is undefeated, was first on the scales and came in at 9st 8lbs 6oz, having been booed onto the stage.

Burns, who is heading for is eighth world title defence, came into a rapturous reception and was slightly lighter at 9st 8lbs 4oz.
