Macclesfield Town, who beat high-flying Cardiff City 2-1, are evens to progress the furthest, with Mansfield, who host Liverpool on Sunday in their third round match, 9/1.
7/4 is quoted for a Non-League side to progress past the fourth round and it's 20/1 for a team from outside the Premier League to go on and lift the trophy.
"It's hard to imagine that Mansfield will overcome Liverpool in their third round match so it does look likely that Luton and Macclesfield will be representing the Non-League in the fourth round of this season's FA Cup," said Coral's Tim Reynolds.
"From those two sides, Luton look to be the best bet of progressing the furthest, but the draw for the fourth round could play a vital role," added Reynolds.
