In the first leg of their last-four showdown at the Bernabeu, Carlo Ancelotti's side held firm against the defending champions, who dominated possession, and will take a slender advantage to the Allianz Arena thanks to Karim Benzema's 19th-minute tap-in.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Angel Di Maria both spurned great chances to increase the lead but Real are now 8/11 to seal their place in Lisbon.
The Spanish giants also head the outright betting at no bigger than 15/8 with Stan James and Coral while Bayern (5/4 to reach the final) are second favourites at a best of 9/4 with bet365, 888sport and Unibet.
William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly said: "In a match between the two favourites, it was always going to be close yet, after their defeat, Bayern are no longer favourites for the first time this year."
Coral's John Hill added: "The clean sheet could prove crucial for Real in the second leg therefore they have leapfrogged ahead of Bayern in the outright betting."
Atletico Madrid, who were held to a goalless draw in the first leg of their semi-final with Chelsea on Tuesday night, are marginal third favourites at 21/5 (BetVictor), with the Blues close behind at 5/1 (Coral).
Sky Bet's Dale Tempest said: "It's marginal but we're siding with Real Madrid to make the last two, while Atletico Madrid are 5/6 to come through the other semi-final.
"On that basis, it's now 3/4 for this season's winner to be a Spanish club, with an all-Madrid final now priced up at 9/4."
An all-Madrid final avilable at 5/2 with BetVictor, who make Real Madrid v Chelsea the same price, while Atletico Madrid v Bayern Munich is 10/3 (Paddy Power) and Bayern Munich v Chelsea - which would be a repeat of the 2012 final - 7/2 with the same firm.
