Manchester City have drifted out to as big as 13/2 for the Premier League title after they were held to a 2-2 draw by rock-bottom Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.

Fernandinho had given City an early lead but two second-half goals from Connor Wickham looked to have given the Black Cats a shock victory until Samir Nasri netted late on.

The result now means Manuel Pellegrini's side are now six points behind leaders Liverpool with a game in hand.

Liverpool have subsequently been trimmed to a best of 4/7 with BetVictor while Chelsea have been cut to 3/1 by Paddy Power and Coral.

In the top-four betting, Everton handed the initiative back to Arsenal following a surprise 3-2 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace.

The Toffees, who are generally 7/2 to take fourth spot, remain fifth - a point behind the Gunners, with both clubs having four more games to go. Arsenal are now 2/9 with BetVictor and Coral.

Meanwhile Crystal Palace are now 350/1 for relegation with Ladbrokes as a fourth victory on the trot moved them up to 40 points and 11th place in the standings.

Sunderland are still expected to go down despite their plucky draw at the Etihad but did drift slightly to 1/8 with Coral, Ladbrokes and William Hill.
