The Eagles have climbed out of the relegation zone on 20 points following a 1-0 success over Stoke at Selhurst Park.

The result leaves Cardiff propping up the table on goal difference on 18 points and they are 10/11 with Hills for the drop.

Fulham are also 10/11 at BetVictor (11/10 with Hills) to head into the Championship next season - they held out for 57 minutes at Arsenal but were sunk by two goals from Santi Cazorla.

Sunderland were held 2-2 at home by Southampton and sit second bottom - they can be backed at 6/4 with BetVictor to remain in the bottom three.

West Ham were beaten 3-1 at home to Newcastle and their odds have been trimmed to 6/4 by BetVictor (9/4 at Hills) as they drop into the danger zone.

The Gunners are 7/2 with Hills, Ladbrokes and bet365 for the title as Paddy Power and Betfred go even money that Manchester City triumph after they saw off Cardiff 4-2.

Liverpool had to fight back from 2-0 down at Anfield to force a 2-2 draw with Aston Villa and the former are out to 14/1 with Hills and Ladbrokes.

And it was the bookmakers who were breathing a sigh of relief as well after Liverpool failed to win.

"Once again the favourites have been winning all day and it is a huge relief that Liverpool did not get over the line," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
