We're only just getting used to the fact it's December and Manchester United are a 20/1 chance to win the Barclays Premier League.

Spurs are 7/2 in the same market with Sky Bet despite a vital 2-1 win away at Fulham, while Everton were cut to 6/1 following their dramatic win.
