It has been confirmed that Aidan O'Brien's Queen Anne and Juddmonte International winner goes for the Breeders' Cup Classic before retiring to stud after the race.
Both Sky Bet and William Hill go 10/1 about the son of War Front with Betfred 8/1.
O'Brien confirmed son Joseph will ride Declaration Of War, with Ryan Moore likely to ride the rest of the trainer's team which could include Magician, Cristoforo Colombo, Wilshire Boulevard and Giovanni Boldini.
The Breeders' Cup Mile betting is headed by last year's winner Wise Dan who is 5/4 with William Hill and Betfred, with Sky Bet going 6/5.
Traditionally it's a race that the Europeans do well in, mainly thanks to the exploits of Goldikova, and Richard Hannon is likely to have a big player with Saturday's QEII winner Olympic Glory boarding the plane to Santa Anita rather than Sussex Stakes winner Toronado.
Following the news, Sky Bet went 4/1 from 6/1 about Olympic Glory for the Mile, with Hill's offering 3s.
A strong team of fillies are set to head over the Atlantic with Sir Michael Stoute's Dank favourite for the Filly & Mare Turf (2/1 Betfred, Sky Bet, 5/2 Hill's), The Fugue market leader for the Turf (11/4 Sky Bet, Hill's and 4/1 Betfred) and Al Thakira and Vorda 4/1 joint favourites with Betfred for the Juvenile Fillies' Turf.
Hill's have also opened a special market on how many of last year's championship race winners will repeat the feat this time around and go: 6/5 none or one, 5/6 two or three, 7/1 four or more.
They are also betting on the number of European-trained winners at the meeting and offer 10/1 none, 4/1 one, 7/4 two and evens three or more.
