Anita Chambers feels that Pretty Flemingo is the pick at Goodwood on Sunday and she has tips for each and every race.

Richard Hannon: Looking for another juvenile winner at Goodwood

CURRAGH: 1.55 Century, 2.25 Dazzling, 2.55 Burn The Boats, 3.30 Waver, 4.05 Sir Walter Scott, 4.40 Olympiad, 5.10 New Regalia.

FFOS LAS: 2.15 Indian Stream, 2.45 Mister Grez, 3.20 Prince Pippin, 3.55 Sivola De Sivola, 4.30 Toubab, 5.00 Tribal Dance, 5.30 Mission To Mars.

GOODWOOD: 2.00 Four Nations, 2.30 Concrete Mac, 3.05 Danjeu, 3.40 While You Wait, 4.15 PRETTY FLEMINGO (NAP), 4.45 Athenian, 5.15 Evangelist, 5.45 Naaz.

LIMERICK: 2.05 Bayan, 2.35 Silver Tassie, 3.10 Royal Moll, 3.45 Montrel, 4.20 Tofino Bay, 4.50 Heaney, 5.20 Hospital.

DOUBLE: Pretty Flemingo and Athenian.

While the prize money for Goodwood's Irish Stallion Farms EBF Nursery Stakes will hardly seal the trainers' title for Richard Hannon, Pretty Flemingo can make sure every little helps.

The Everleigh handler has been battling it out with Aidan O'Brien for the championship and Pretty Flemingo can give a small boost to the funds as she makes her handicap bow.

The Danehill Dancer filly has yet to win in three starts this term but he shown some ability, not least on her racecourse bow when she was not beaten all that far by subsequent Group Three-placed Lightning Thunder.

She was a touch disappointing next time out at Kempton and again hit the bar when denied by just a head dropping back to the minimum trip at Lingfield.

Hannon switches her up to seven furlongs and given the way she rallied when headed in Surrey, there is every reason to think a longer trip will play to her strengths.

Athenian has been on the premises on each of her three outings this term but her turn in the sun can finally come in the Student Raceday Stakes.

Her initial second to Spinatrix at Ripon in May reads particularly well after that one's subsequent exploits and given just one run in between, there was much to like about her recent third at Hamilton.

Returning from over 100 days off the track, she was only beaten three lengths and must surely improve again for the outing.

Evangelist can bring up his hat-trick in the Goodwood Racehorse Owners Group Stakes.

He took a while to get his head in front but after winning at Windsor in July, he has gone in twice more, most recently over 12 furlongs at Bath last month.

A 4lb rise for that win looks fair enough and he is a horse who is still very much on the upgrade.

There has been a buzz about the potential of Danjeu for some time and he makes quite an eagerly-anticipated racecourse debut in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden Stakes.

The John Gosden-trained son of Montjeu holds an entry in next year's Derby and while he is seen as more of a long-term project, he has reportedly shown enough to be going close first time.

Sivola De Sivola can continue his good work over fences in the Burns Pet Nutrition Novices' Limited Handicap Chase at Ffos Las.

A very capable hurdler with a mark of 133, he let down favourite backers when only second on his first crack at chasing but soon righted his record with a comfortable win at Aintree.

While he was favoured by the weights that day, he turned in an excellent round of jumping to win by a distance from Any Given Day and looks a nice prospect for Tom George this year.
