However, Manchester City are still heading the betting at 13/10 whilst Wigan and Millwall can be backed at 9/2 and 20/1 respectively.
Chelsea will now travel to Wembley to take on Man City and Coral have installed them at 15/8 to win in 90 minutes whilst City are the 7/5 favourites.
With United's quest for the domestic double over, punters are now betting on when Sir Alex Ferguson's men will next win the FA Cup.
Coral are quoting 5/1 that they lift the trophy next year and it's 6/4 that they have to wait until 2019 or later.
"Today's match was certainly under-whelming but Chelsea fans won't mind as they have booked their spot in the semi-final," said Nicola McGeady.
"Momentum for Chelsea has lifted off and punters are feeling confident enough to back the Blues to lift the trophy.
"With the money flooding in for the London outfit, we are now top price on City winning the FA Cup."
Meanwhile, QPR are now a best price of 1/12 with Coral to be relegated from the Premier League after the3-2 defeat against Fulham.
Harry Redknapp's men sit just one place off the bottom of the standings and have a seven-point gap to reach Wigan, who sit one position outside the relegation zone.
Coral make Redknapp 1/2 to have Loftus Road by the first day of next season but QPR can be backed at 7/2 to finish on top of the Championship at the end of the 2013/14 campaign.
"QPR's miserable two year Premier League stint looks likely to be coming to an end and they could face next season as favourites to be promoted, but without a manager sat in the dugout," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.<
