Last year's runners-up were given a scare by Arsenal, who won 2-0 on the night in Bavaria but could not quite do enough having lost the first leg 3-1 at the Emirates.
A 3-3 aggregate score meant the Germans went through on away goals and they are third favourites for the competition behind Barcelona (7/4) and Real Madrid (3/1).
Malaga also booked their ticket with a 2-1 aggregate success over Porto (2-0 on the night) and the Spaniards are into 40s to win the competition with Ladbrokes and BetVictor.
William Hill reacted by cutting the price of Arsene Wenger still being at Arsenal on the first day of next season from 1/2 to 4/9 and he is 13/8 to have left the club by then.
The firm also have Arsenal 5/6 to win another trophy under Wenger and 5/6 not to.
This is the first time since 1996 that no English teams have progressed beyond the quarter-finals and Hills are betting on how many make it next season to the last four.
It is 40/1 that four do and 12/1 for three while at the other end of the spectrum, it is 7/4 for none to make it through and 5/4 for just one to do so.
"English sides usually do quite well and the odds suggest that this year's poor showing is merely a blip and the Premier League should be represented in the semis in 2013/14," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
