Following Ireland's loss to Scotland, England captain Robshow is now into 4/7 to captain the touring squad while Scotland skipper Kelly Brown's odds have halved to 25/1 after their win.
Jamie Heaslip, a one time front runner for captaincy at 3/1, have drifted to 25/1 while Brian O'Driscoll remains the 2/1 second favourite.
Their coach Declan Kidney is also odds-on at 4/11 to be replaced before the 2014 Six Nations campaign.
England remain hot 1/20 shots to win the Championship this year while Scotland have been cut to 33/1.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: "Robshaw's position has strengthened again and he takes an even firmer grip on the Lions captaincy betting as a result.
"Kelly Brown remains a lively outsider who will see his odds shorten again should he manage to lead Scotland to another victory."
