Chelsea 5/1 Europa League favs

Chelsea have been cut to 5/1 favourites to win the Europa League after Oscar struck the only goal of the game in the first leg of their last-32 clash at Sparta Prague.

The Blues are as short as 7/2 but Coral offer 5/1.

Rafael Benitez's side are clear favourites in the market with Atletico Madrid, who had been slight favourites on best price going into the knockout stages, suffering a shock 2-0 home defeat to Rubin Kazan.

Having been no better than 7/1 yesterday, they are now out to 22/1 with Paddy Power and Stan James.

Anzhi Makhachkala, who beat Hannover 3-1, are second in the outright betting at 10/1 (general) with Inter Milan, who won 2-0 at home to Cluj, and Zenit St Petersburg, 2-0 winners against Liverpool, both available at 12/1.

The Reds have drifted out to 40/1 (BetVictor) for glory and that's the same price as Lyon, who lost 2-1 at Tottenham because of two fabulous Gareth Bale free-kicks.

Spurs are 12/1 with Stan James and Betfred to lift the trophy ahead of the return leg in France next week.

Newcastle drew 0-0 at home to Metalist Kharkiv and the Magpies have been pushed out to 66/1 with Ladbrokes.
