We should have had a chance of a medal in the 4 x 400m but that chance has been severely depleted.

Donna Fraser is only just coming back from injury and is not running so well and Katharine Merry is not even going to Edmonton and that just about wipes out any chance of a medal whatsoever.

The women's 100m team simply do not have the strneght in depth to figure at this level and are unlikely to even make the final.
