JONES DELIGHT FOR LAYERS

Marion Jones' shock 100 metres defeat to Zhanna Pintusevich-Block late on Monday night was the perfect result for bookmakers.
Jones was a red-hot favourite to retain her crown in the world championships, but was stunned by the 29-year-old Ukranian, a former world 200m gold medalist.
It was Jones' first loss in a final since 1997 and Chandler spokesman Don Stewart said: "It was the best result we could have dreamed of."
The firm claim to have taken bets totalling over £85,000 on Jones, including two in excess of £25,000.
The American had been as short as 1/33, with Pintusevich-Block at 20/1 when betting opened early in the championships.
But there were few takers for Pintusevich-Block, with Chandler reporting no massive bets on their 'without Jones' market.
Stewart said: "It was the biggest shock since Hicham El Guerrouj was beaten at 1/8 in last year's Olympics."
The writing was on the wall for Jones after Pintusevich-Block beat her in the semi-finals and Stan James said there was no rush for the favourite even at 1/5 on the night, while the winner came into 4/1 from 13/2.
Spokesman Joyd Mittra said: "It was a good result for us. We couldn't lose after laying them both at short prices. But it was still a big shock because Jones was such a hot favourite."
